What do I need in order to rent?
Establishing an account with Eagle is easy. We need a short order form consisting of your name, address, source of income, and four references (preferably two family and two friend references).
Do you do credit checks, or do I need credit to apply?
We do not do credit checks, and you do not need credit to apply. Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit, you are welcome at Eagle.
Do I need to be employed to rent?
You do not need to be employed to rent. You will however need a verifiable source of income to rent.
How long do I need to be at my residence to rent?
There is not a specific period you need to be at your current residence to rent. You will need to provide documentation such as a lease to show proof of residency.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and money orders. Many customers prefer the convenience of electronic payment via “reoccurring payment” or “text to pay” using their credit or debit card.
How soon can my product be delivered?
Your delivery can be arranged for a time convenient for you, often the same day. Special order items may take a bit longer.
What is included with my rental?
All rentals include free delivery and set-up, free returns, and free service during the rental. We also offer a free loaner item if yours requires service.
Am I locked into a long-term agreement?
No, you are not locked into a long-term agreement. You can return the
item you are renting with no additional commitment or obligation. You do have the ability to purchase the rented item at any time with either our 120 days same as cash option or early purchase option.
How frequently do I need to pay rent?
Your rental agreement can be set up for weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even semi-monthly rent payments. Typically, a customer determines their frequency of rental by their pay dates. Monthly rentals though are the most cost-effective mode of rental payment.
